Avocado-Black Bean Salsa
Ingredients
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup frozen whole-kernel corn, thawed
  • 1 can fire-roasted diced tomatoes, with juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup packed fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 avocados, diced
Instructions
  1. Combine everything except avocados and stir really well.
  2. Gently fold in avocado chunks. Serve with tortilla chips.
