Vegan Orange Creamsicle Pops


It snowed today and I made the kids ice pops–is that totally bizarre? I mean, I know a lot of moms do the snow ice cream thing, but other than that, aren’t ice pops a hot-day-in-July thing? Oh well. My sis gave me these cool silicone ice pop molds for Christmas and the kids love this simple creamsicle recipe, so I couldn’t resist.

Just 4 (or even 3) ingredients and they really do taste like creamsicles and they are dairy-free.

Vegan Orange Creamsicle Pops
Serves: 4 large pops
  • 1 6-oz container of dairy-free vanilla yogurt (I recommend So Delicious coconut milk brand)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ⅛ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
  1. Combine ingredients in bowl and stir well.
  2. Pour mix into ice pop molds and freeze for 3 hours.
